We have based these guideline timings on a 800W microwave, please note microwaves vary in power so adjust times to ensure your food is piping hot.
Remove the lid and sprinkle your rice with 1-2 tablespoons of water, replace lid leaving1 corner open, microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and stir your rice, being very careful not to burn yourself on the steam, replace the lid and microwave for a further minute or until your rice is piping hot throughout. Once ready allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
