In a pan
Empty contents into a saucepan with 3 tablespoons of water, heat on a medium heat stirring regularly until your curry is piping hot throughout. Check seasoning and add salt to taste, allow your curry to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
In a microwave
We have based these guideline timings on a 800W microwave, please note microwaves vary in power so adjust times to ensure your food is piping hot.
Remove the lid and sprinkle your curry with 3 tablespoons of water replace the lid, leaving 1 corner open, heat in microwave on full power for about 3 minutes. Remove the lid and stir your curry, being very careful not to burn yourself, replace the lid and microwave further until piping hot throughout. Check seasoning and add salt to taste, allow your curry to rest for 2 minutes and serve.
