Crispy vegetable fritters in a mildly spiced chickpea batter
Pre heat your oven to 190°C | fan 170°C | 375° F | gas mark 5
Place the pakoras on a baking tray and bake for 7-10 minutes. Pakoras should be piping hot all the way through and starting to crisp, note that your pakoras will crisp up more once they are out of the oven.
Appliances vary so check your Pakoras regularly after 5 minutes to prevent them from burning.
